The original ChatterPack

We are a mother and daughter duo, Claire and Hollie, who originally created ChatterPack with the aim of providing families and school staff with an easy to use, accessible 'pack' that helped them to achieve better outcomes when supporting children and young people with speech, language and communication needs.

We have come a really long way from our original idea, but our goal is the same. To develop 'packs' and share resources and information on the topics that really matter, and to support you in supporting the children and young people in your lives.

Our approach

What makes our approach different? Our Packs and resources have been designed and developed by families, young people and healthcare professionals.

  • All resources include straightforward, no experience required, step by step guides
  • They use a positive, proactive and safe approaches to facilitate learning and discussions

  • Professionally designed to make them accessible, easy to use and engaging
