Hello everyone.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all of your messages, emails, and comments. It means the world to me to know how many people from all over the world are benefitting from this resource list.

I work for the NHS and run ChatterPack on a voluntary basis in my *spare* (!) time to help share information and resources to those who need it. I won't be around to update this much over the next few weeks, but I promise to do my best as I can see from your messages how much this means. Have fun, explore the world from the safety of your home, and please stay safe.

Huge love to you all

Claire Ryan

P.s. You can find my book, ADHD and Me - a guide for children and young people, at the end of this list - please do share the link with others who might be interested, and/or get in touch if you have any questions :)

              • Thank you so much for the list of resources but thank you even more for the story of your friend and her daughter, her family and her community’s Journey. I have cerebral palsy and I know many with all sorts of challenges who are marginalized, reduced to ones and zeros. There are many of us though like you, Ella and Elli. Will change the world in different ways and we do our part. Thank you for infusing hope, for reminding me and everyone else who watches this that together we can " make it stop" and make a quality start and continue and grow and grow and continue.

              • Hi Claire,
This is the most amazing resource. Thank you so much for all your time and effort in putting it together, especially at this critical time when you are one of the many NHS heros on the frontline. I volunteer with the Northern Ireland Rare Disease Partnership (www.nirdp.org.uk) so I hope that you won’t mind me linking to your site in a newsletter we are putting together. #StayHome #TogetherInSpirit #SaveOurNHS #NHSHeros
